It"s National Gingerbread Day and I wanted to share these beautiful displays at a few of Disney World's resorts. I have been able to view a few of these in person throughout the years. My first time seeing any, The Grand Floridian's House and Beach Club's carousel was in 2018. They are amazing and I always make time to visit as many as I can when visiting during the holiday season. If you would like to see them make sure to schedule your visit between mid November through December.
First we have the gingerbread giraffe at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. I love this one, giraffes are my favorite animal. Here it is in 2021. I heard they made him a friend for 2022, a zebra.
Next we have the gingerbread display of Cinderella's castle at Disney's Contemporary resort. Chef Mickey's (located in the Contemporary) is a favorite of ours so It's a bonus to be able to see this display after our meal.
Disney's Beach Club resort has a beautiful gingerbread carousel display. This is another display we often visit on one of our non park nights we spend at the boardwalk area. These are from 2018 and 2021.
Finally we have the gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Floridian resort. If you can only visit one display during your stay this should be the one. It is absolutely amazing. The beauty of the resort lobby & grandness of the decorations, the ambiance of the piano player (at select times), and this display....... it just gives you all the feels!!
You will look at your family and think this has to be the most perfect moment ever!!

I love visiting Disney World during the holiday season. This will be the first year since 2018 I haven't been. I'm definitely going to miss it. Unfortunately EPCOT'S Festival Of The Arts comes too quick after the season. I had to make a choice and Festival Of The Arts won. (I promised J a trip to that festival.)
So here's to next year Disney, I'll be home Christmas season 2023!
