I have been an agent with an Earmarked agency and certified with Disney since 2017 and certified with Universal Studios since 2020.
I specialize in these destinations because I believe in the product. I have never had a bad vacation. Sure things may have gone off track, but we adapted and wonderful memories were made.
My first time visiting Disney World was in 2011. My friend said, “Make sure you use a travel agent.”
My first thought was, “Yeah right! I'm paying out the ying yang for this trip, like I need to add unnecessary expenses!! How hard can it be??” Little did I know it would cost me no extra and the services would have been a huge help. My lack of research caused a huge mishap during my trip and had I used an agent it probably wouldn't have happened. When I did have an unfoutunate event happen they would have been on the phone fixing it. Instead I booked myself and ended up wasting my precious family time on hold and had 3 starving kids looking at me like they were ready to eat a chunk of my leg.
My services have brought relief to numerous families who are shocked when they see what goes into planning a Disney/Universal vacation.
Social Media has portrayed Disney as this “picture-perfect family” experience. You know, pictures of your squad's smiling happy faces with matching shirts, and rumors of staying in the castle.
That type of experience won't happen by itself. The value of my expertise is I can teach you the ways to have a magical time if your shirts don't show up on time or if you can't get that coveted Topolino’s reservation. I provide on the spot guidance while you are on site for an alternate plan when the rain is complicating things or your toddler is so overwhelmed you need some calmer things to do.
I will also be the one to tell you even though your mom’s coworker said, "you definitely need to stay in the castle or have a private tea party for your daughter with all the Princesses"..... Well, sorry, that is not possible. Even the fan pages and mommy planning groups give out wrong information.
I know the most official and updated Disney and Universal information. I get daily emails from both destinations, you will not find more accurate answers to your questions.
Disney and Universal can be filled with experiences that will create memories that last a lifetime. My goal is for you to come home with those unexpected memories that will become priceless.
